Job Description
The operations team is responsible for ensuring that the value added service in the form of logistic partnerships that Oddle provides our merchants is top-notch. As part of the team, you will coordinate between merchants and our logistic partners to ensure a smooth operational flow as well as continuously improve processes for increased operations efficiency. - Business negotiations and follow ups with existing and potential logistic partners - Analysing and monitoring logistic performance - Follow up on daily operations and serve as mediator for any disputes between merchant and logistic partners that may arise; providing service recovery where necessary - Spearhead proposals for tech integration with logistic partners as per logistic performance data and work alongside Country Lead, Product and Engineering team to ensure successful integration - Regular meetups with existing merchants to gather feedback on logistic partners - Provide industry feedback to Sales and Helpdesk teams subsequently creating action plan for increased operations efficiencyJob Requirements
