Job Description
F3 Capital is seeking to hire hardworking and diligent individuals in the position of Marketing Operation. As a Marketing Operation, you are the backbone of the Marketing Team and handle every aspect and detail of the Sales and Marketing reports as while as Data Management. You must be willing to carry out the following responsibilities: - Processing of payments and commissions - Reviewing of quotations - Preparation of purchase orders, invoices, payment requisitions, sales reports, and commission claims - Arranging meetings with lawyers for signings of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) - Ensuring that the SPA's are signed on a timely manner - Follow up on loan documentations from purchasers, bankers and solicitors - Ensure all relevant agreements on sale of properties are documented to safeguard the interests of the company - Ensure all sales information and documents are maintained to facilitate easy reference - Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission to management - Coordinating plans and schedules with the various sales teams, lawyers and bankers who work with F3 Capital - Help to coordinate sales data and analysis, as well as inputting data into systems - Handle customer calls or queries when required - Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management should the need ariseJob Requirements
Requirements: - Candidate MUST possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or in any field. - Must be a Malaysian Citizen - Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, especially writing in Chinese - Possess 1-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. - Experienced in the field of administration and operation - Good communicative and team work skills - High diligence levels - Able to work independently with minimal supervision Perks: - EPF and SOSCOAdditional Info
