Job Description

We are more than just a gym, and we are looking for a sales maven who shares our values of empowering women through fitness and loves helping others reach their goals. To excel in this busy role, you will need to be positive-minded, self-motivated and enjoy varied daily duties. You will be one of the public faces of the gym, attracting prospects in, listening to their needs, promoting various benefits & programmes, and ultimately signing them up as members. You will need to be comfortable and successful in all forms of sales contact, including direct and telephone, and responsible for lead generation, retention and B2C account management. Due to the nature of the business, this role involves working approximately 40 hours per week on a flexible shift pattern between 10am and 8pm, Mondays to Fridays and some weekends.   Duties will include: • Making outbound telephone calls to generate and convert leads • Generating referral schemes to maximise sales • Leading tours of the gym for prospective members • Outreach activity at events and networking • Visiting potential and existing corporate clients to maximise corporate sales • Creating and implementing member retention activities • Updating and maintaining CRM system to ensure all information is accurately recorded

Job Requirements

WOMEN ONLY   You will need: • FEMALE applicants only • Minimum SPM/O-Levels or equivalent • Diploma or degree in business, sales & marketing, or related field preferred • Prior sales experience will be an advantage • Excellent customer service skills • To be outgoing, motivational and friendly • Passion for health & fitness and genuine care for people • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills • Ability to build relationships with prospects & members • Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales quota • Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and members • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly • Ability to operate a computer and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
