Job Description

This role to support our operations team in the Socar with tools, training, information, forecasting so they can deliver the right service to Socar customers at the right level of quality and cost. Operations planning in Socar include fleet supply, registration, insurance and expense management.

Your duties:

Vehicle purchase and sales support: planning and procedures for fleet supply
Vehicle Registration and Termination Support
Insurance management and insurer sourcing
Efficiency management of operating expenses
Provide demand planning input and forecast about Socar business
Assist with all areas of the operation if necessary
Reinforces policies and procedures
Monitor pricing and fleet needs daily and report recommended changes
Assist Operations Manager

Job Requirements

At least Diploma in similar discipline
Those candidate with relevant work experience in similar position and operations management, preferably in transport, urban environments, or both
Fluency in the use of standard IT tools (MS Office etc.)
Familiarity with basic project management
Business analysis skills
People management skills, able to work in a matrix environment
Excellent communication and organization skills
Possess strong initiative approach to problem solving
Possess pleasant personality
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Possess a valid driving license
Ability to work independently
