Job Description

• Process the trade suppliers’ invoice and make payment on time. Ensure that all the invoice has been validated by three-way match and update the PO as ‘Paid’ status in OMS after the payment done.
• Perform the monthly supplier's reconciliation, analyze of the fluctuation & variance, and following up with the supplier of the long outstanding invoice/CN.
• Monitoring the GRIR account monthly movement, supplier prepayment account and clear the balances by month end.
• Response to the supplier queries of invoice and payment issues, work closely with sourcing team & warehouse team to solve the dispute invoice before the due date.
• Assist on monitoring the Back-End Margin collection, to contra off with the outstanding invoice’s payment and update the status in BEM tool (Optimus)
• Learn the fundamentals of the business dynamics and apply it to the role, giving credible challenge on transactions and results, and willingness to deep dive to root cause analysis if needed 
• Support internal and external auditors where necessary
• Support various ad hoc accounting, reporting, and business improvement projects. This ranges from projects within finance to inter-department and inter-venture initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in operational finance or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• IT literacy, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Able to demonstrate commitment and achievements in previous job roles
• Good communication skills, coherent in argumentation and recommendations
