Job Description
This job requires you to be able to:
- Give conceptual ideas and design including building and furniture material knowledge.
- 3D design, 2D drawings for presentation to client as well as detail drawings for construction.
- Handle space planning and concept design independently.
- Be capable to carry out design development and working drawings with minimum supervision.
- Visit sites for project inspection and work co-ordination with contractors.
- Design with the given budget from the client.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Graphic or equivalent.
- Candidates with at least1 year related experience are encouraged to apply.
- Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max or Sketchup Pro, AutoCAD and Freehand sketching.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and KD Max will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Applicants must be able to speak, read and write Chinese.
- Able to perform multi tasks and willing to visit work sites to better understand the concept.
- Good personality, self-motivated and work well as a team.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status with a valid driving license and own transport.
