Job Description

OXWHITE is seeking a highly motivated individual to help develop the system for our supply chain. You will be the go-to expert within the organization for data related to our supply chain operations, influencing our strategy across inventory, warehouse and retail operations. Our company will be experiencing rapid growth and we will look to you to help build a solid fundamental in our supply chain system.

Individuals in this group will be able to utilize their experience in the following areas:

Supply chain management: identification, development, negotiation and management of existing and developing Oxwhite's suppliers.
Purchasing cost: development, negotiation and execution of a part and assembly cost strategy. An understanding of fashion manufacturing techniques is meaningful to better evaluate supplier capabilities and opportunities for Oxwhite.
On time fulfilment: schedule, capacity and supply planning to meet Oxwhite's production demand.

Multi-functional support: Cross-functional teamwork with design, product development and operations teams.

Job Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

3-5 years extensive experience with international sourcing, apparel experience preferred
Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred
Understanding of production flow principles and manufacturing processes
Must be ambitious and a team player
Must be fluent in English
Well-versed with internet culture
Do you have a strong working knowledge of the overall inventory management - materials planning, forecasting, international sourcing, purchasing, logistics and inventory management?
Do you love to work with fun, have self-motivation and dream big to be part of the exciting team?
