We're not just looking for ruby proficiency.  As a full stack engineer, you'll be responsible for scalable system design and implementation, considering costs, performance, quality, and risk as you design new systems and improve existing ones to increase and enable products and adoption.  We're currently on AWS, so you'll need familiarity with rails application deployment in that environment.  We use postgres for our back end, and other services as needed to enhance performance and availability.
