Job Description
As a Software Support Executive/ Specialist, you will be providing Hardware, Software or Network Support to our accounting software clients You will be responsible in provide training and after sales support on computerize business software application. Also, you will be handling other task assigned by management.Job Requirements
This job requires Certificate, diploma or equivalent or above 1 to 2 years experience in business software and presentation. Candidates with good knowledge in implementing accounting software will be added advantage. Possess good communication, strong interpersonal skills & customer oriented. Mandarin spoken and fluent in English speaking and writing. Experience in UBS or QnE Software Sales/ Support is an added advantage. Possess knowledge in accounting industry is preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply . Possess driving license. To be based in Pudu HQ or Serdang Branch.Company Benefits
