Job Description

• Positive working attitude, resourceful, and good team player.
• Execution and monitoring of all purchasing needs. 
• Negotiate pricing and follow up closely with factories / suppliers on production schedule to ensure order reach on time.
• Monitoring, follow-up and update shipping schedules and payment to factories/suppliers.
• Co-ordination with factories / suppliers and forwarders in order processes, shipping matters and custom procedures related to imports.
• Manage and review suppliers’ performance based on quality, delivery performance and cost.
• Generate monthly Procurement Report based on purchase activities.
• Prepare monthly Procurement Forecast based on sales order / forecast.
• Working closely with Finance & Accounts department for Procurement planning.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as be when required.

Job Requirements

• Required languages: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good time management and able to meet tight schedule.
• Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi task and result-driven.
• Good knowledge Microsoft Office program.
