Job Description

• Working closely with the Partners to represent and manage the Fund
• Organize selection process of investee companies, filter through companies applying, make recommendations and track performance of the investees closely
• Coordinate administrative requirements of the company including accounts, auditing, taxation, secretarial (all to be outsourced and managed)
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities particularly event planning, digital marketing and partnership management
• Maintain knowledge of existing investments and monitor financial performance
• Prepare investment memorandum and presentations
• Source new deals by meeting with founders and entrepreneurs, attending relevant conferences and networking events, and calling on new prospects
• Prepare quarterly investment analysis and write-ups of existing deals for investor and management reporting

• Conduct detailed industry, business and financial due diligence on prospective investments
• Develop financial models relating to financing, restructuring, valuation analyses and liquidity events
• Develop investment themes within venture investment sector
• Assist and guide investee companies to prepare in-depth financial and data analysis for potential investments, including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping, and industry research
• Support portfolio company management teams on special projects

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of business model analysis with superior writing and presentation skills
• Excellent research and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationship.
• Ability to perform independently without significant supervision and with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data and provide relevant conclusions / recommendations.
• Ability to articulate ideas in a group setting
