Job Description

• Serve as the point person for leveraging and analyzing labor market intelligence to determine industry trends and opportunities with in-depth analysis (competitive assessments, market sizing, modeling).
• Identify, import, cleanse, transform, validate, map or model data to support development of customer strategy, marketing strategy and product development.
• Serve as the point person for managing self-reported and summative data to support the build out and implementation of product and service solutions for institutional deals/partnerships.
• Use data to develop use cases in collaboration with our results and services teams to support product and solution development.
• Use data visualization tools, such as Tableau and others to present technical findings, concepts and research results in an engaging way to non-statistical audiences.

• Support the scoping and implementation of projects and discreet pieces of work, acting as the data lead on project teams and work streams.
• Ensure best practice informs new projects through the modelling of customer, company and industry data sets and insights from historical data. 
• Define and identify the right data, analysis or interpretation to support strategic and commercial decision making and help to evaluate risk when considering new market opportunities. 

• Establish, evaluate and seek to improve data sources and capability across the group and ensure data is shared to reduce duplication of effort.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners to transform the role of analytics in decision making.
• Continually broaden and strengthen knowledge of analytical methods, vendors and tools and participate in knowledge/best practice sharing opportunities within FrogAsia.

Job Requirements

• At least five years of experience with Big Data; experience in visualization and dashboard design best practices
• Savvy storyteller with experience translating data into actionable insights; ability to research, analyze, and draw out implications of events and situations
• Exhibits expert level knowledge of business intelligence processes to evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems for improved reporting and analytics functionalities
• Inherent interest in education and / or technology; ability to constantly remain abreast of new or emerging trends and technologies
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and motivate team members; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external partners and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness
• Strong vision setting, concept articulation and exceptional communications skills (presentation and written) that would facilitate effective partnering with internal customers, clients, and critical stakeholders
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; ability to make decisions independently in critical conditions and work under the pressure of deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to work effectively with teams throughout the Company
• Experience in Tableau; experience in maintaining MS SQL Server and related ETL processes is a plus
