Job Description
This position will be under Tokai Lightning Protection Sdn Bhd – Security Division
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and in-depth knowledge of all company regulations and safety legislation and communicates these to all workers
- Enforce compliance, administering disciplinary actions as required
- Supervise employees, contractors & sub-contractors
- To actively participate with hands on activities at site while monitoring
- Provide daily start and end of day reports to office
- Provide daily site activity report via service report
- To communicate with office Document Controller
Key Accountabilities:
- Liaise with the Project Manager and Site Engineer regarding client requirements
- Attend client progress meetings (as required)
- Client satisfaction with the project
- Supervise the delivery & distribution of materials onsite
- Supervise & provide direction to trades persons onsite
- Assist in resources planning too meet construction schedule
- Construction schedule running on time
Daily Tasks:
- Day to day supervision of personnel involved in the project
Occasional / as required:
- Coordinate the rental or leasing of equipment at site
- Report any incidents, accidents, hazards or near misses in the work place immediately as per company procedures
Job Offer:

- Academic/Technical Qualifications: Minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or candidates with electrical experience
- Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification, and must possess CIDB card
- Knowledge and Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & plans
- Computer Skills: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Internet Explorer
- Knowledge of CAD or similar programs
