Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Recruitment • Responsible for the implementation and administration of recruitment activities to ensure all vacancies are filled. • Coordinate and execute recruitment requisitions by identifying the right sourcing channels to attract the right talents (across multiple source) • Screen, assess, shortlist and interview candidates together with hiring managers. • Contact person with candidates, scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates. • Follow up on each candidate including offer package to close each position. • Monitor and track vacancies to ensure status of all vacant positions are updated and to plan next couple course of action • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure necessary contracts are current and up-to-date 2. Staff Movement • Manage the onboarding and induction for all new hires • Maintain the staff probation tracker for confirmation and liaise with direct manager on staff confirmation. • Manage resignation and exit clearance process • Work with shared service provider to maintain Payroll2U system for all staff. 3. Others • Manage visa/ work permit applications and other admin matters related to visa, employment pass, dependent pass or business visa with relevant embassies and authorities • Any other HR related projects from time-to-time.

Job Requirements

Requirements: • 2-4 years relevant work experience in human resources, with a minimum of 1 year in talent acquisition. • Expert in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet and other recruitment portal. • Ability to screen and interview candidates across all levels. • Experience in expatriate work permit application. • Experience in Payroll2U would be an added advantage. • Ability to work independently and work directly with hiring managers. • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu language.
