Job Description

• Creating a positive experience for Partners by providing quality, value-added services and solutions in a timely manner
• On-boarding new partners (via phone calls and emails) and ensuring that they are comfortable with the process and aware of all the opportunities to make the most out of their Fave experience
• Maintaining accurate partner offer details and other information on the platform 
• Being the key point of contact for all partners in your assigned region
• Problem solving all of Fave’s partner issues by liaising with all internal teams. 
• Delivering regular performance updates to your partners and to internal constituents

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues.
• Highly organised, confident, self motivated and persistent
• Positive attitude and energetic approach
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills
