Job Description

Your roles and responsibilities are as follows:- 1. General enquires : - To handle front desk, walk-ins, phone calls and email enquires 2. After-sales service/Customer service: - To deal with complaints and requests from parents & students and to follow up and resolve to ensure the needs of our current customers are being satisfied. - To ensure related enquiries information thru phone, email and walk-in are accurately keyed into the School Marketing Database and updated the EMS student information in timely manner. - To keep promotional materials & sales kits ready by coordinating requirement with inventory stock, placing orders and verifying receipt. - Student portal password and feedback 3. To attend to R.E.A.L Schools Cahaya administrative matters

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Administration or equivalent. 2. At least 2 years of work experience in similar capacity. 3. Possess good communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. 4. Customer service oriented, pleasant and approachable with friendly disposition
