Job Description

We think of some of the most important/complex business and people issues - and then compress it into an experiential learning environment. The Designer aims to create unique learning experiences that are engaging for the participants while enabling them to learn critical lessons all within a safe environment.

Among areas you would be looking at:

1. Create and design learning experiences that will fit learning objectives, challenge participants and let them have fun while they are at it.

2. Research for theories, best practices and tools to be included in the learning experiences.

3. Research and design measurements to observe behaviour changes after the learning experience.

4. Research on what makes people tick -  their competencies, motivations, behaviours and needs.

5. Research on how people learn best - in the shortest time possible.

6. Interview peers and subject matter experts to gain insight into the learning lessons.

7. Work with project teams locally and possibly with those overseas.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for?
A passion for people development and curiosity for learning is a must. Having a bit of working experience (1-3 years) would be good, but fresh grads are encouraged to apply. We're open to any education discipline (minimum diploma level) as long as you find the interest in the role. We do a variety of gamified learning experiences from physical simulations to digital workshops. It would be good if you have some graphic design or coding experience, however it is not a must.
