About The Job

Human Resources:
  • Monitoring retail staff performance and discipline issues according to Company standard guidelines
  • Conduct counselling session to employee
  • Coach and develop restaurant employee to ensure quality performance
  • To build a talent pool for operation roles
  • To provide advice to outlet staff in conflict resolution or other issues faced by the staff
  • To undertake special and ad hoc assignment when necessary
  • Conduct necessary training to equip outlet staff in their daily job tasks

  • Work closely with internal department and external parties to provide prompt and effective service
  • Monitor, handle and test all outlet equipment to ensure that in good working condition
  • Conduct outlet inspection
  • Supervise work undertaken by contractors to ensure compliance with by-laws, standard and safety requirements
  • Monitor & handle company storage inventory system (Outlet decoration, outlet equipment, etc)
  • Respond to any emergency/ urgent matters that may arise during and after working hours and ensure all breakdown are promptly attend too
  • Conduct audit checking towards outlet staffs to ensure staffs comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedure

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Full-Time position
