This role is within the Corporate Head Office. Your role supports the Director of one of busiest departments in the business (Marketing) impacted by the continued rapid expansion of the company. It is service focused so you will need to be ready, willing and able to assist. 

The area has loads of projects and with the constant growth you will be kept busy. Your role will be a combination of PA (diary, organisation of meetings, etc.) admin and a little helping out with customer service functions if required. No two weeks would be the same no boredom and monotony of staring at a screen and doing the same mind numbing job each day; this is your opportunity to get your foot into the door of a growing company and showcase your skills in a varied, upbeat & interesting role. 

You will interact with senior managers on a day to day basis other stakeholders include team leaders and managers within the department that you will be liaising with. It's a 1:1 role that will take you places.

Ideally you will have a good understanding of wanting to be a PA along with a can do attitude.

You will need to be accurate and methodical in your work style with an attitude and demeanor that complement. 

You will be dealing with Senior Directors and Mall Management, potential clients so you will be relied upon to represent your manager in the best possible professional light. 

You are the type of person who doesn't mind giving up the weekend or weeknights for meetings or to do what needs to be done.
