At P&G, our Sales managers are at the heart of the business, connecting the dots from every aspect of the business from financial, customers, shoppers, supply chain and people management. They are tasked to develop sharp and creative business strategies for different challenges in a fast-moving landscape and competitors. Sales managers are expected to be entrepreneurs leading a team of multifunctional resources from the front line.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channels. 
  2. Face of the Company to the customers. Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding with the customers and market landscape. 
  3. Leverage in-depth understanding of market & customers dynamic, shopper marketing knowledge, trade fund budget availability, supply chain operations to create and execute business strategies and plans. 
  4. Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different aspects of the business. 
  5. Strategise through harnessing the power of a team by envisioning, engaging and energising multifunctional resources to build holistic business plan and break possible barriers and challenges to deliver best result.
  6. Manage a team of sales representatives from capability building, issue resolution to day-to-day operation to ensure speedy and excellent execution in stores.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  2. Applicants must be mobile to work across Malaysia as wide exposure and variety of experiences will help you to grow your career in P&G.
  3. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  4. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  5. Candidates with more than 5 years of total working experience are not encouraged to apply as this is an entry level position.
