About The Job

What you’ll be working on:
-Gather and analyze customer requirements of MSMEs
 -Provide best practices to achieve customer requirements
-Provide guidance and advice to clients on how best to maximise value from AVANA 
-Deliver training to business and technical users -Assist in pre-sales activities
- Commission RM100 / AVANA plan signup**

Your Requirements

What you should have on you: 
2+ years of Digital / Technical Consulting experience 
-Client-facing, presentation and relationship building skills 
-Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus!) 
-Eager to learn new skills to enhance capability. 
-eCommerce experience is a bonus, e.g. search, merchant acquisition, ecommerce training etc
