As a senior digital marketing coordinator, you should be comfortable in an open, fluid, fast-growth environment and bring an energetic and creative approach to your work, spanning high-level strategy as well as in-the-trenches execution.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • not only lead, but also grow, motivate, and mentor your team
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the Oxwhite organisation’s website(s)
  • Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Track and analyse Oxwhite website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Attend Oxwhite product launches and networking events

Job Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: 

  • 3-5 years experienced in e-commerce industry
  • Hands-on experienced with annual multi-million spending on media buying
  • Must be ambitious and a team player
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Well-versed with internet culture
  • Do you have a strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix -  especially PPC, Fb Ads, Media Buys ?
  • Do you love to work with fun, have self-motivation and dream big to be part of the exciting team?
  • Would you have proven ability to meet tight deadlines?
