Job Description
About the role:
- We are looking for experienced individuals to help us with “digital marketing” across several businesses in Digi-X. This means recommending and executing activities to drive growth of our early stage products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a small but smart team and have solid relationships in the industry (eg freelancers, agencies) to help in the event we need to scale up on resource requirements.
How we'd like you to help us:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, planning, and operations across multiple products. Imagine 2-3 active products at any time, each with different value propositions / customer segments
- Conceptualize and execute organic and paid awareness campaigns on digital mediums, eg Facebook, Google, and other mediums that you feel are relevant
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns
- Recommend and create the necessary content / landing pages to be better positioned in search results
- Research and recommend segments and countries we should target as we progress
Job Requirements
What we'd like to see in the candidate:

- Bring experience working in markets or on products outside Malaysia - we would like our products to succeed outside Malaysia in the shortest time possible
- Strong competencies in digital marketing and analytics - you should probably be able to teach us more on this than we can do ourselves

- For leads, we expect that you should be capable of hiring, leading and coaching a team as we gain traction - we will rely on you to influence hiring the best people in this space
