Job Description
As a Office Happiness Officer, You will: Manage Fave workplace to create collaborative and happy work environment Give office tours to our guests, oh and this job requires you to smile, a lot. Work with service providers to troubleshoot and ensure infrastructure and network stability (internet, phone network, printer) Manage office inventory and look after it as if it’s yours Manage purchasing of office supplies so we never run out of coffee, water and all the good stuff Organize fun stuff such as badminton, futsal or pool tournaments Schedule regular office maintenance work Keep an eye on all incoming and outgoing packages Executive ninja requests for pretty much anything to improve workplace experience and team happiness level: e.g. buy ice-cream for everyone!Job Requirements
Love solving problems and helping people Be a good kind of geek, tech savvy and resourceful: able to operate network printer, sound system, know how to chromecast on TV, how to restart router or change a lightbulb. Experience in project management with clear results and tight timelines Experience in troubleshooting and working with vendors and service providers.
