Job Description

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts in an accurate and timely manner
• Competent in accounting double entry
• Raise invoices, commissions, payment voucher and cheque issuance
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, journal entries and account ledger
• To maintain systematic and proper financial accounting filling and records on timely manner
• Ensure financial records and reports are maintain and compliance with statutory requirements including taxation, audit and internal control.
• To plan and monitor budget and cash flow
• Assist in company's annual audit activities, annual return and tax matter
• Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Tax Schedules
• Liase with company secretary, lawyer, government authorities, banker, auditors and tax agents
• Handle GST filling and reporting.
• To prepare, maintain and manage the Company's accounts readily for GST, taxation and audit purposes.
• Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc tasks function and other duties as and when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent 
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Possess experience in using MYOB is an added advantage
• Good knowledge in book-keeping and IFRS
• To ensure accuracy, completeness of the transaction processed and timelines on a daily basis as well as attention to detail, follow-up with accounting knowledge.
• Excellent command in English both speaking and writing. Preferably a Mandarin speaker.
• Experience in Real Estate / Investment industry would be added advantage
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and self-motivated however a good team player as well and innitiative.
