Job Description

• Prepare monthly payment of staff’s claims and miscellaneous payments, ensure utilities and fixed expenses paid before due date.
• Ensure payment make according to Company’s policies and procedures
• Ensure monthly closing on accounts payable on time and all necessary accruals and reversal from balance sheet to income statement done on time 
• Reconciling monthly vendor statement against ledger
• Update all payment transaction to the accounting system on daily basis.
• Perform monthly prepayment expenses charge out to income statement
• Perform banking transactions when necessary
• Liaise with banker on the banking related matters when the needs arise.
• Liaise with auditor during audit period, ensure audit confirmation reconcile  before deadline
• Maintain a  proper and sequential Filing of all payment vouchers and  outstanding invoices
• To carry out any other related duties as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

• 1 year relevant working experience in account payable role
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Higher DIploma in LCCI or partial ACCA or Finance/Accounting Bachelor's Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional working attitude
• Able to handle pressure and stress effectively
• Knowledge in Quickbook accounting system and online banking transaction is an added advantage
• Proficient with local GST knowledge
