Job Description
You’re on a mission to expand the list of Merchants on MindAppz. Hunt for merchants who want to digitize their contents and reach potential learners and get them on board.
You will obtain hands-on experience in B2B selling and negotiation. Develop sales techniques, customer service skills, objection handling and increased knowledge in sales and marketing. There is also opportunity for you to make sales commissions.
- To handle incoming calls and Live Chat with customers in order to assist them in any possible way.
- To generate and provide leads to the sales team.
- To make cold calls and promote MindAppz to potential merchants
- Perform other administrative and/or analytical duties as assigned
Job Requirements
You should be able to do the following: - Have a good, pleasant phone voice - Comfortable calling people who may not always be nice to you (but some of them are quite nice, you know) - Have a drive to make extra money for yourself. We also care about people who fit our values in MindAppz.
