Job Description

• Responsible for the planning, development and initiative of all marketing strategies 
• Demonstrate a deep grasp of social media, email marketing strategy, art direction, handle budget optimization, create efficient teams as well as execute successful marketing campaigns 
• Increase customer retention rate 
• Create good engagement with customers on a proper online platform 
• More media coverage and presence on mainstream channels 
• Update and improve our website conversion and traffic 
• Strong SEO understanding- keyword search, on/ off page optimization, competitor analysis 
• Constantly on the lookout for innovating and exciting new opportunities, identifying commercial routes for driving sales growth 
• Responsible for external and internal communications which include: managing and in charge of Thai Odyssey social and digital media platforms, including corporate websites, Facebook, WeChat, Instagram, and user engagement portals (response to the consumers’ feedback) 
• Conduct research to discover the best tips for using Thai Odyssey Apps. 
• Copy-check/ proof read for internal and external communications (websites, press releases, etc) 
• Assist in media scanning and archiving of news articles related to massage to the Company 
• Work with creative team to develop and implement concepts for campaigns; campaign reporting and analysis 
• Build and manage relationships with the media and corporate partners 
• Perform any ad hoc tasks if and when necessary 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at  least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Advertising/ Media 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese 
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Required Skill(s): digital marketing, business development, social media marketing, and SEO 
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience in planning and forecasting, data analysis and business modelling 
• Candidate must be willing to work after office hours and on weekends 
• Candidate possess the ability to work on his/ her own and also in teams 
• Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work with datelines 
• Candidate must be willing to work in Centrepoint, Bandar Utama 
• Full time position available
