RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Relationship Officer at Perro Co, you will be trained first hand by all our team members to handle and resolve customer issues and queries! The customers are our number 1 priority!
We are a small team currently looking for smart, motivated individuals that can take initiative, handle multiple projects and add value as a member of the Perro Co team. Things that will help you be successful in this role: ability to innovative, sense of entrepreneurship, healthy sense of humour, and an unhealthy love for dogs!

E-Commerce –  Customer Relationship Officer

Our company is hiring for our online business segment. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer that is customer centric and data driven with a keen attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an exceptional individual with interest in business development, customer support and a passion for dogs/cats and the pet care. Being customer centric is a core part of being in our team. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running as we work to scale and grow our footprint across all our business units. 
Qualified candidates should have:
•    Spoken/Written language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
•    Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
•    Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
•    Object oriented and able to work independently
