As TeleMe's business development manager, the goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with our users and clients. 

We are looking for talented individuals who are excited to leverage on technology to change healthcare in Malaysia, who are able to quickly identify the pains and gaps that TeleMe can fill, and who can work closely with the management team to decide on business strategies and project planning. 

As business development manager for TeleMe, your job scope would include:
  • To expand the company portfolio by identifying and acquiring new partnerships
  • Create strategic + awesome proposals for potential leads
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Analyse and identify market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Pitch TeleMe services to prospective clients and partners
  • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with the marketing team to roll out marketing campaigns and events 

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years working experience in the sales, marketing and/or PR / communications field (Fresh grads are welcome to apply as long as they have the strong desire to learn and grow)
  • A digital native and self-directed learner, constantly up to date on current trends in online marketing, familiar with the basic framework of digital marketing, and with a knowledge of common concepts such as funnels, Google / FB AdWords, EDM and SEO.
  • Strong business acumen with a flair for entrepreneurship
  • Self-managing and has the amazing ability to manage energy, time and priorities, with experience working in a small team or in a startup environment
  • Ambitious, driven, and internally self-motivated, always wanted to be the best and never settling for less
  • Passionate and interested in improving the healthcare system in Malaysia
