Job Description

• Identify and communicate with potential investors through LinkedIn
• Attend to investor's inquiries and follow-up to refer others in their industry
• Assist the drafting of investor presentation decks (research work), business agreements, contracts and announcements. 
• Assist in fund raising activities and events (ranging from product launch, investor relations events)
• Perform research to identify potential trendsetter ideas in the industry and look into the competitions and risks that the company may face
• Gain exposure in areas such as Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Corporate Development and Legal and Contractual

Job Requirements

• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills, distinctive problem solving, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to the highest standards of professionalism, impeccable business judgement, and ethical behaviour
• Posses confidence, experience, and maturity to handle challenging situations.  
• Believe in having fun and have the will to go the extra miles
• Experience and/or desire to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
