Take the design lead for: Ensuring an engaging Nalu brand is creating a meaningful connection with our audience. 

 • Ensure cohesive brand identity across all channels.
 • Photoshoot concepts, briefs, direction and delivery.
 • Packaging design and development.
 • New product range design.
 • Development of new ideas for brand activation projects that create authentic audience engagement across multiple channels and brand touch-points.
 • Develop creative for seasonal and limited products.
 • Collaborate with the marketing team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing, EDM, video and website creative.
 • Liasing with operations team and suppliers to ensure a high-quality and consistency is delivered for all our brand assets.

- At least 2-3 years experience as a professional designer / creative.
 - At least 2-3 years experience delivering real branding projects and brand collateral. 

- Passionate about fashion innovation and design.
 - Extensive experience in a deadline-driven environment.
 - Entrepreneurial spirit to continue our incredible growth.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively and directly with different teams (marketing, operations, suppliers, I.T. etc.) to create solutions that meet many different goals.
 - Strong hands-on experience across Photoshop, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programs.
 - Ability to visualise and present concepts and designs for review and approval by the team.
 - Ability to deliver high-quality artwork for final production.
 - Preferable experience working client-side and in the beauty, fashion or wellness industries. 

- Experience working in eCommerce industry is a plus.
