Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Seller Performance, you will be responsible for:

Instruct cross-functional teams in adapting to and understanding improvement processes, facilitating Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs).
Employ Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organisational operations in order to accomplish business objectives.
Interpret seller needs and requirements, translate concepts into practice, identify process improvement opportunities, and quantify results and trends.
Make recommendations and develop and present formal presentations to senior management.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma from an accredited University
Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement role
Familiarity with Market Place operations, warehouse operations, industrial engineering or logistics will be an added advantage
Training in Lean, Six Sigma principles, and Kaizen facilitation
Good command of Excel (Pivot Table, Power Pivot) and BI tools (Power BI, Qliksense) will be an added advantage.
Able to work effectively in partnership with the other team members
Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, personal ownership and drive towards results
Demonstrated ability to establish and enhance processes to improve business results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills
