Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, innovative & design driven mind to join our team in Malaysia. As one of the only companies in South East Asia helping brands and designers to merchandise online, 3ciety provides a great opportunity for you to learn, contribute and build at the leading edge of the creative industry in the region. - Manage the design team in day-to-day responsibilities,maximising their performance, provide feedback and hands-on coaching. - Make individual design contributions on key projects - Inherit 3ciety's existing brand guidelines and owning its evolution - To work closely with brands to understand and translate their branding needs into merchandise designs online - Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver design needs across all platforms(web,print,video,etc) - Design Processes and tools to address design workflows and team needs - Have a keen eye in producing merchandising concepts and illustrationsJob Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in a graphic design & creative role - Experience as a team leader and skills in illustration and concept - Knowledge of brand merchandising is preferred - Able to work with Adobe Creative Suite, - Demonstrated engagement skills with clients and vendors - Positive attitude, proactive ,flexible and has a high attention to detail - Work under pressure to meet brands expectations - Ability to learn quickly and with the ability to multi task. - Good communication and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia - Experience in e-commerce / Startup is a plusAdditional Info
