The Advanced Maxis Management Associate Programme is a 6-month accelerator programme designed to refresh your career, enhance your leadership skills and equip you with the knowledge and exposure you need to grow your career. It is ideal if you have 3 to 5 years of working experience under your belt and wish to advance your career in a new environment. Gain exposure by leading strategic projects while working directly with the Maxis Management Team.

- Introduction to Telco - Learn about the industry we are part of today and be the first to get involved in shaping digital trends that will influence future lifestyle choices and experiences.
- Extensive Networking and Training - Build a strong network through internal and external networking and training.
- Cross Divisional Exposure - Receive mentorship and work closely with our Senior Leadership Team across the business.
- Work with the Maxis Management Team - Gain first-hand insights on decisions made by our Maxis Management Team.
- Lead Action Learning Projects - Develop leadership skills by designing and implementing the strategy to achieve the Maxis ambition.
