Job Description

• Your will be responsible for the all steps of managing content (monitoring, creating and updating) along with the operational communication with external partners and performance analysis. 
• We also expect you to provide KPI analysis and track daily sales 
• You will observe competition in terms of strategy and quality
• Moreover, you also will constantly check data, drive analysis and KPI optimization
• In addition you will create unique and engaging content responding user needs 
• Furthermore you will manage conversion rates and optimize accordingly - You will create operational reports for management based on raw data 

Job Requirements

• You speak English fluently (MUST) and you are native speaker for ONE of the following countries Malaysia, Singapore, India and Australia 
• You have completed Bachelor’s/Master's degree (ideally in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, IT) 
• You have literacy in MS Office with advanced Excel skills 
• You are able to solve problems, prioritize tasks and manage several complex projects under hard deadline pressure 
• You have strong analytical and multitasking skills along with great attention to the details 
• You show yourself as a communicative, initiative, creative as well as assiduous worker with strong personality and independent mindset 
• You are able to write user-friendly texts and create entertaining content 
• You have basic knowledge of e-commerce business, digital marketing process generally
• Ideally you are familiar with the basics of HTML - You are ready to learn a lot quickly and to show long-term commitment on challenging projects
