Job Description

The Work Life: 

  • Providing 'best in class' customer service whilst portraying a proactive manner to TIME's customer base. 
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and other relevant administration tasks efficiently.
  • Responding to calls and emails to assess customers' technical support needs as well as handle/route those issues accordingly. 
  • Providing first level technical support on Internet connectivity using documented procedures and available tools. 
  • Identifying and providing input on unique/recurring customer problems. 
  • Updating customers about product line and service offerings, current products and technologies. 
  • Escalating issues to Support teams in resolving customers' issues to their complete satisfaction. 
  • Maintaining accurate call logging and tracking into Call Support database.

Job Requirements

All You Need:

  • Have a Degree in any IT disciplines/ Diploma in relevant field.
  • Be able to work in shift hours. 
  • Be able to understand and appreciate the call centre environment.
  • Have good verbal and written communication as well as listening skills 
  • Be professional and patient.
  • Be customer and results oriented.
