Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be people-pleasers, as evident from the job title, your main objective will be to keep our customers happy!
  • Handling customer inquiries throughout all social media platforms and email. 
  • Analyse customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Responsible for daily e-commerce order processing and fulfilment. 
  • Liaise with our warehouses in US, AU and CN. 
  • Focused on customer satisfaction, service and happiness. Process returns / exchange. 
  • Provide administrative support, as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Team player who enjoys working in an energetic, fun, environment 
  • Keen interest in professional development and career growth 
  • Intermediate / Advanced level of Computer / Techno Savviness
