Job Description

The sales team is responsible for growing Oddle’s portfolio of F&B merchants. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive sales experience to lead our sales team. As the lead of the sales team, you are extremely driven and motivated to achieve and supersede targets; equipping yourself and the team with well laid out strategies to propel the company’s revenue upwards. - Close deals through appointments with merchants and assist in after-sales and menu deployment - Recruit representatives and build a strong and high performing sales team - Establish and manage training programmes to coach and train members of the sales team - Monitor and maintain effectiveness of sales team, ensuring each member hits and exceeds individual targets - Motivate, inspire and develop sales team members, empowering them to achieve career or personal growth - Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures alongside Country Lead for best business outcome - Develop sales strategies alongside Country Lead and effectively communicate strategy to the sales team - Identify industry trends, sales and other gaps or opportunities and work alongside Country Lead and / or Operations, Product and Marketing teams for further business action - Ensure correct use of CRM and other sales SOPs and applications

Job Requirements

- 3-4 years experience leading a sales team with proven sales track record - Experience in setting and measuring achievable sales goals and activities - Excellent verbal and written communication - Bachelors Degree Musts - Posses own transport - Be of Malaysian nationality
