About the Role
We are looking for project managers who can manage our biggest client-facing projects in the field of learning and development. This role offers individuals the development towards facilitating projects and consulting clients on their challenges.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Supporting our facilitators in delivering and facilitating tailored solutions and programs for our clients
- Involvement in designing content and co-creating concepts for projects
- Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects including the project rundown and logistics
- Communicating and liaising with the client stakeholders throughout the project to manage expectations and align on logistical details
- Documenting impact created and authoring report to sell back value created
- Identifying, developing, testing and implementing new process improvements
Job Requirements
Job Requirement
- 3-5 years experience as a project manager or any related field
- Experience in management consultancy, HR, event, media, strategic/analytical or similar industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to hold intellectual discussions and be strategic in your thinking
- Be intellectually curious, be a proactive problem-solver, have the ability to execute ideas and be empathetic
- Willingness to travel between project sites
