We are growing again at WOBB! With an energetic and young sales team, this role would involve leading, mentoring and managing the team, taking WOBB to the next level. Responsiblities include: - Developing our revenue engine and B2B sales strategy - Hire and coach new team members - Organise team structure - Help the company achieve our revenue targets

Requirements: - Experience in a B2B sales role - Ideally already in management role, or a performer that's ready to transition to a management role - Someone who can live our WOBB values - Execute at Lightning Speed, 80:20, Fail Fast, 7 Star Service, Support and Thank Each Other, Radical Candor and Proactive
