Job Description
You are required to: • Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. • Train and supervise employees in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, and in performing services for customers. • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. • Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. • Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy. • Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments. • Develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities. • Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards. • Plan budgets and authorize payments and merchandise returns.Job Requirements
• Able to lead and manage subordinates in delivering tasks. • Able to monitor, assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. • Able to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work and identify the best people for the job. • Able identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. • Able to teach and manage others on performing daily tasks. • Able to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. • Has been in the Retail management field for more than 4 yearsCompany Benefits
